Where can I download the PokerBoss application?+
PokerBoss is available on both the Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS).
If you cannot find it due to regional restrictions, please contact Player Relations.
Is PokerBoss available for PC?+
Not at the moment. PokerBoss is currently available only for Android and iOS mobile devices.
Is it safe to install PokerBoss?+
Yes. PokerBoss is fully verified on the Play Store and App Store, ensuring a safe and secure installation.
I am unable to find the app in the Play Store or App Store. What should I do?+
This may be due to region restrictions or device compatibility. Please contact Player Relations for assistance.

Account Creation, Login & Recovery
How can I create an account?+
You can register using:
  • Email
  • Google / Apple ID
  • Username & Password
Can I play without creating an account?+
Yes, you can play via Guest Login. However, registering is strongly recommended to avoid data loss and enable account recovery.
I used Guest Login and now my data is gone. Can it be recovered?+
Unfortunately, guest data cannot be recovered once lost. Registering your account prevents this issue in the future.
Can I create more than one account with the same email ID?+
No. One email can only be linked to one PokerBoss account.
I forgot my password. What should I do?+
Use the Forgot Password option on the login screen to reset it via your registered email.
How can I delete my account?+
Go to Settings → Delete Account. Once deleted, your account data cannot be recovered.

Gameplay & Game Formats
What game formats are available on PokerBoss?+
  • No-Limit Hold’em
  • PLO (4/5/6 Card)
  • MTT Tournaments
  • Club/Private Games
What happens if I get disconnected?+
  • If you have disconnection protection, it activates automatically.
  • If you reconnect before your action, you can continue.
  • Otherwise, the system will auto-check or auto-fold.
  • Chips lost due to disconnection cannot be refunded.
What is the turn time limit?+
Each table has a set timer (e.g., 15–30 seconds). If time expires, the system may use your time bank, then auto-fold.
What is VPIP?+
Voluntarily Put in Pot — indicates how often a player voluntarily enters the pot.
Can I join two tables from different clubs simultaneously?+
Yes, you can join up to three tables at the same time, regardless of the club.
Why can’t I create tables in my club?+
There is no table limit. This issue may occur if your club upgrade membership has expired.
If the problem persists, contact Player Relations.

Chips, Currencies & Purchases
How many currencies are available in PokerBoss?+
PokerBoss uses four in-game currencies:
  • Diamonds
  • Golden Chips
  • Green Chips
  • Blue Chips
What are Diamonds used for?+
Diamonds can be used to purchase items from the Shop, including:
  • Gold Coins
  • VIP Cards
  • Features like Disconnection Protection
  • Diamonds can be bought directly from the Shop.
What are Blue Chips used for?+
Blue Chips are required to participate in club games. A 5% additional Green Chip deduction applies for transfers. For example: Assigning 100 Blue Chips deducts 105 Green Chips from the club owner.
How can I buy the Blue Chips?+
Blue Chips cannot be purchased directly. They must be transferred by the club owner/admin to your club wallet. You may also send a request to the club admin.
What payment methods are accepted for In-app Purchases?+
Payment options vary by region but usually include:
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Local payment wallets
I purchased Diamonds but haven’t received them.+
Check your Purchase History first. If missing, contact Player Relations with your transaction ID.
What Diamond packages are available?+
Diamond packages range from small bundles to large-value packs. Prices are shown in dollars within the app.

Clubs – Creation, Roles & Membership
How do I create a club?+
Go to Club Section → Create Club and follow the setup steps.
Who can create a club?+
Anyone with a PokerBoss account can create a club. No minimum chip or level requirement currently exists.
Can I create multiple clubs?+
Yes, but you need a VIP Privilege Card to create more than one club. Maximum limit: 5 clubs.
Is there a member limit?+
Yes. The number of players and managers depends on the club level. Upgrade your club (typically for a limited time) to increase member capacity.
How many roles exist in a club hierarchy?+
There are Five roles, namely:
  • Admin (Club Owner)
  • Manager
  • Super-Agent
  • Agent
  • Player
How do I transfer ownership of my club?+
Ownership cannot be transferred. However, you can assign a Manager, who has the same roles and permissions as a club owner.
How do I join a club?+
Go to Club → Join Club → Enter Club ID → Submit Request. The owner will review and approve your request.
Can I join multiple clubs?+
Yes. PokerBoss allows you to join and switch between multiple clubs.
Is there a limit to the number of clubs I can join?+
No, there is no limit. You can join as many clubs as you want.
Will joining a club cost me any chips or diamonds?+
No. Joining a club is free. However, participating in club games requires Blue Chips.
Can I be removed from a club by the admin?+
Yes, club admins can remove any member from the club.

Where can I buy VIP Privilege Cards?+
VIP cards can be purchased via:
  • Shop → VIP Section (using Diamonds)
  • VIP Privilege icon inside the app
What is a VIP Privilege Card?+
A VIP card unlocks exclusive features like:
  • Creating multiple clubs
  • Viewing opponent statistics
  • Access to detailed career reports
  • Extra time during gameplay
  • Rabbit feature
  • Emojis and more
How many types of VIP Privilege Cards are available?+
There are Three types, namely:
  • Platinum VIP
  • Gold VIP
  • Silver VIP

Restrictions & Security
I’m getting an IP/GPS restriction error. Why?+
Some clubs restrict players from the same IP/location to prevent collusion. If you believe this is incorrect, contact your club manager.
Can I use more than one account to play in different clubs or the same club?+
No. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited. Each player may have one account only. However, you can join multiple clubs using the same account.

App Issues & Troubleshooting
My table has stuck/ my app has frozen. What should I do?+
  • Force-quit the app and relaunch it.
  • Ensure stable internet and latest app version.
  • If the issue persists, record a short video and share it with your device details via email.
